5 Best Things to Do in Kuala Lumpur in 24 Hours

Among all of the countries in Southeast Asia, Malaysia is definitely one of the more
diverse. That is because of its rich historical background. Did you know that the country
was invaded by British, Portuguese, and Dutch forces back in the day? That is why
when you go around the city of Kuala Lumpur, for example, you will find many different
influences that still remain to this day.

Although most travelers do not deem Kuala Lumpur as a premier tourist destination, I
really do not understand why it isn’t. Travel here and you will discover a lot of amazing
places and great things to do here. In fact, you will not be lonely here since you can find
plenty of girl escorts in the metro.

If you need some convincing to go to Kuala Lumpur, then these 5 things might do the
thing:

Watch the Magnificent Fountains

In the morning, you might want to get a quick pick-me-upper but I do not mean that you
get a cup of coffee; what I actually mean is that you go to the Titiwangsa Lake Garden
to find some lush trees and an incredible man-made lake.

At the center of the lake, you can find a gigantic set of fountains that will be turned on in
the morning. Be sure to get your cameras ready as soon as it starts spewing out water.

Also, it is best that you come here in the morning since the fountains will not be
operational again until later in the evening.

Take a Hike in the Caves

The famous Batu Caves is just an hour ride away from the city. It is one of the best
places to visit not only because of the limestone caves and temples that you can find
inside but also the majestic statue of Lord Murugan and the rainbow-colored steps that
are worthy of your Instagram socials.

When you arrive at the grounds, you will be given the freedom to feed the local
monkeys. If you are going to feed them something, make sure that you do not overfeed
them for health purposes.

Get a Taste of India

In Brickfields, you can find Little India which is a place dedicated to Indian culture. You
can find a lot of things that Indians usually sell back in their country, including their
infamous herbs and spices, as well as textiles and clothing too.

But, what I love about Little India is that they serve some amazing Indian cuisine. It
might not be the ideal place to eat the food but at least you get to see a glimpse of how
Indians usually eat.
vWatch the Sunset

Considered as the tallest telecommunications tower in Malaysia, the Menara Kuala
Lumpur or the Kuala Lumpur Tower is a towering 421-meter structure that pierces the skies.

You can head at its upper levels just before the sun sets so that you can have a
majestic view of the sun.

Party All Night

Once you’ve gazed at the sunset, you can go to Changkat Bukit Bintang to find a vast
array of different clubs and bars where you can enjoy loud music, amazing cocktails,
and some gorgeous ladies as well.
